Greetings. Below are the cases that were resolved/indicted in the Associate and Circuit Courts of Benton County from March 1 – 31, 2024.
Dispositions:
Jeremiah Casdorph: male, age 43, Carrollton, MO, was sentenced to 5 years supervised probation and to serve 30 days in the Benton County Jail for felony DWI – Persistent.
Samantha Dobnikar: female, age 32, Sedalia, MO, was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after having her probation revoked for felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Teddy (Christopher) R. Harper II: male, age 44, Lee’s Summit, MO, was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for each count of felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree, felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and felony Resisting a Lawful Detention.
Christopher B. Boles: male, age 39, Cole Camp, MO, was sentenced to 24 days in the Benton County Jail for the felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Timothy D. Stephenson (Ginejko): male, age 50, Independence, MO, was sentenced to 16 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Murder 2nd Degree.

Payne Bohling: male, age 20, Cole Camp, MO, was indicted on the felony charge of Property Damage 1st Degree.
Darrin T. Curtis: male, age 47, Warsaw, MO, was indicted on the felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Justin Eversole: male, age 45, Warsaw, MO, was indicted on three felony charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child 1st Degree.
Brandon Hardesty: male, age 24, Lincoln, MO, was indicted on the felony charge of Burglary 2nd Degree.
Adan Rivas: male, age 50, Warsaw, MO, was indicted on the felony charges of Burglary 1st Degree, Stealing of a Motor Vehicle, and Stealing of a Firearm.
Nathan Isbell: male, age 19, Warsaw, MO, was indicted on the felony charge of Harassment 1st Degree.
Patrick Peterson: male, age 60, Warsaw, MO, was indicted on the felony charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Delivery of Marijuana.
Cecelia Jones: female, age 66, Warsaw, MO, was indicted on the felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Jason Martinez: male, age 42, Warsaw, MO, was indicted on the felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Kimberly Martinez: female, age 47, Lincoln, MO, was indicted on the felony charge of DWI – Physical Injury.
Jerry W. Tucker: male, age 42, Warsaw, MO, was indicted on the felony charge of Passing a Bad Check.
