William H. Howe of Lincoln, MO was arrested on 5/30/21 on Benton County warrants for driving without valid license-3rd offense and fail to display plates.  Subject is being held in the Benton County jail with no bond.

Matthew D. Smith of Warsaw, MO was arrested on 6/01/21 for DWI, no insurance, fail to drive on right half of road and fail to use turn signal.  Subject was released with time served and given a court date.

Damien P. Cloe of Sedalia, MO was arrested on 6/02/21 on a Benton County warrant for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less marijuana.  Bond was set at $8000.00 cash or surety.  He is currently being held in the Benton County jail.

Shane R. Morgan of Sedalia, MO was arrested on 6/03/21 on a Benton Co warrant for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50000.00 cash or surety.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Kimberly J. Seeley of Sedalia, MO was arrested on 6/05/21 for operating motor vehicle on highway without a valid license 1st offense.  Bond was set at $300 cash or surety. Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

Christopher R. Myers of Independence, MO was arrested on 6/05/21 for receiving stolen property.  Bond was set at $500 cash or surety.  Subject was released with time served and given a court date.  

Frederick S. Cook of Sedalia, MO was arrested on 6/06/21 for possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Subject was booked and released with a court date.

Terry L. Morehead of Warsaw, MO was arrested on 6/06/21 for domestic assault 3rd degree.  Bond was set at $25000.00 cash or surety.   Subject is being held at the Benton County jail.
