Lester D Hood – Homeless - was arrested on 11/14/22 on a Benton County warrant leaving the scene of an accident, DWI with person less than 17 years old in vehicle, endangering the welfare of a child 2nd degree, domestic assault 4th degree and careless and prudent driving.  Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety. Subject is being held in the Benton County Detention Center.

 

Doyle D Brown of Sugar Creek, MO was arrested on 11/14/22 violating a condition of lifetime supervision.  Bond was set at $50,000.00 cash or surety.  Subject is being held in the Benton County Detention Center.

 

Mark W Mitchell of Warsaw, MO was arrested on 11/14/22 on a Miller County warrant for fail to appear-DWI alcohol.  Bond was set at $1,000.00 cash or surety.  Subject posted bond and was given a court date.

 

Lester Ode, Jr of Warsaw, MO was arrested on 11/15/22 for driving while suspended.  Subject was booked and released with a court date.

 

Samantha E Brown of Warsaw, MO was arrested on 11/15/22 on a Benton County warrant for possession of controlled substance except 35 grams marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Subject was booked, released and given a court date.
