Ahoy, Matey!  Girls and boys and their parents are invited to the North School PTC Pirates and Princesses Spring Carnival to be held March 7 from 3 PM until 6 PM.
There will be fun activities for all ages.  For a $5 admission fee, participants will be able to compete in laser tag, dig for buried treasure, walk the plank, go down the pirate ship slide and go on a scavenger hunt.
For one dollar participants will be able to walk the cake walk for a chance to take home a tasty treat, win a soda pop at the soda pop toss, dance in the decorated dance room, have their faces painted or put Mr. Pete or anyone else in jail!
There will also be lots of good food for sale including: turkey legs, walking tacos, popcorn, snow cones, as well as soda and bottled water.
“We hope all our students as well as their families will come out for a night of fun at North School,” said PTC president Amber Campbell.
All proceeds from the carnival go for improvements to North Elementary as well as special projects for the students.
