Constance “Connie” Werner

Constance “Connie” Werner, age 89, of Lincoln, Missouri, passed away Wednesday morning, February 12, 2020 at her home.  She was born on April 21, 1930, in Baltimore, Maryland the daughter of Charles and Thelma Marie Cutsail.
She spent most of her life in Maryland where she worked as a manager of the Pharmacy Department at the Pantry Pride Grocery Store where she retired from the Retail Clerk Association Union in the mid 1980’s.
On February 28, 1981, she was united in marriage to Ramon Werner in Glen Burnie, Maryland.  In the early 1990’s they moved to their home near Lincoln, Missouri where they were also members of the First Baptist Church of Lincoln.
She liked to sew and make quilts, giving them away to family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Norman Cutsail and two children, Donny and Constance “Suzie” Epperson.
She is survived by her husband, Ramon, of the home, one son, Lawrence Epperson, of Lincoln, 3 grandchildren, Jennifer, Alan and Alicia, one brother, Merle Cutsail and one sister, Beverly Davies, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Constance Werner were held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at the First Baptist Church of Lincoln.  Graveside services were at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, Missouri at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 18, 2020.  She laid in repose after 9 a.m. on Monday, February 17, 2020 at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home in Lincoln.
