Etta O. Hutton, age 100, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2019, at the Lincoln Community Care Center in Lincoln, MO. She was born on June 30, 1918, in Camden County, MO, the last surviving child of W.A. and Maggie (Rapp) Rice.
On February 22, 1941, Etta was united in marriage to Delmer Hutton at Warsaw. Most of their 67 years of married life were spent in Benton County where they raised their son Bill Hutton.  Etta spent many years as a partner in the family farming business and continued her contributions to the farming community by working for the Benton County ASCS Office.
Etta loved to sew and made many, many outfits for the granddaughters when they were younger. She was an amazing cook and was known for her delicious cinnamon rolls and desserts. She taught anyone interested how to knit, adding to the warmth in Benton County through many afghans she made over the years. Etta had a strong passion and love for her family and in particular her grandchildren and their families. At the time of her passing, Etta was the oldest member of the First United Methodist Church of Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmer, her only child, Bill Hutton, and a grandson, Frank Andrews.
Surviving is her daughter-in-law, Barbara Hutton of Warsaw and her grandchildren, Roxane (Eddie) Barnes, Rhonda Hutton (Steve Gann) Renee Johnmeyer, Rex (Beth) Hutton, Rochelle (Steve) Hockett and Donald (Lisa) Andrews, eighteen great-grandchildren: Malissha (Chad), Stacey (Danny), Ashton (Nathan), Chelsea (Chris), Miranda (Jacob), Mallorie (Christopher), Amy (Chad), Clint, Trent (Amy), Travis, Jessica, Corbin, Reagan, Brett, Ashley, Alex (Sarah), Brian (Lisa), and Stephanie (Tim), 21 great-great-grandchildren: Ezeckual, Slade, Isabella, Alivia, Madeline, Kyle, Noah, Caden, Logan, Tristan, Marin, Leila, Seth, Camdyn, Liam, Wyatt, Charlotte, Bentley, Jude, Andrew and Victoria. Etta was loved dearly by her family and will be missed by all that knew her.
Funeral services will be Monday, February 11, 2019, at the Reser Funeral Home, Warsaw, MO, with family receiving friends beginning at 10:30 A.M.  Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery.  The family request you honor Etta by making a memorial donation to the Benton County Health Dept. Hutton Mobility Fund.  Memorials may be left at the Reser Funeral Home or the Benton County Health Department, both in Warsaw.
