Georgia Mae Remley

Georgia Mae Remley, age 87, passed away Friday evening, February 2, 2018, at her home in Cross Timbers, MO. She was born on August 16, 1930, in Hastian, MO, the daughter of Pearl and Lawrence Garrison.
She grew up in Lincoln, MO and graduated from Lincoln High School. On July 15, 1975, she was united in marriage to John B. Remley in Lincoln, MO. They made their home in Lincoln and later moved to Berryville, Arkansas and finally moving to Cross Timbers in 1991.
Georgia worked for six years as a cook for Rigby’s Truck Stop in Lincoln. The remainder of her life was dedicated to making a loving home for her family.
Georgia used her artistic gifts to show love to her family by creating beautiful paintings that will forever be cherished. She loved being outdoors working in her lush flower garden that was admired by many. Georgia had a passion for animals and gave a loving home to many during her lifetime. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her children and family. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John, two sons, Corbit Winston Mantonya and John Vernon Mantonya and a daughter, Elizabeth Davis.
Georgia is survived by one daughter, Diana Crall of Eldon, MO and a son, Alfred Mantonya, of Cross Timbers, MO, 11 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a brother, Charles Garrison, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at the Reser Funeral Home, Warsaw, MO. Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday.
