The honors keep coming in as Lincoln’s Jackson Beaman was recently named to Max Prep's Small School All- American team.
Beaman, a 6’1, 195 quarterback, made the second  All- Offensive team..
The Class one Offensive Player of the Year named by the Missouri Football Coaches Association, threw for 3,115 yards, was 211 of 361 and had 39 touchdowns while rushing for 1,753 on 205 carries with 38 touchdowns.
Beaman and his teammates will long be remembered for the two back to back trips to the state championship game in Columbia. They fell just three points short to Valle Catholic 30-27 this past season.
His arm, his toughness, his speed and his ability to read defenses, made him one of the best quarterbacks around.
Beaman recently signed a letter of intent to play baseball for Missouri University.
The talent runs in the family as his father Luke Beaman was an All- America baseball player at Missouri Valley.
