Warsaw has found some much needed help off the bench recently in Junior Parker Love.
The fiery guard had ten points in Warsaw's 80-41 victory over third seeded Halfway in the Skyline Tournament.
Love has scored 15, 16 and now ten points in recent games for the Wildcats.
Trey Palmer found his shooting touch with 16 points while Logan Davis tossed in 15.
Matt Luebbert had 22 and will probably get some long hard looks come voting time for all-state players.
Halfway, who has no players over 5’11, could not find their shooting touch in the first quarter as Warsaw led 24-4 after one and 36-16 at the half.
The second seeded Wildcats passed the ball well and subbed freely throughout the contest and cleared most of their bench in the fourth quarter. They also handled the press well.
Trey McCarthy had 23 points for Halfway. He was 5-6 from the free throw line and bombed two threes from Stephen Curry land.
Warsaw led by over thirty in the fourth quarter so the running clock came into play.
Warsaw moved to 10-3 on the season. Halfway fell to 10 -2.
