Margaret Lucinda (Bentch) Friley was born at Sagrada, Missouri to George Daniel and Della Ann (Phillips) Bentch on May 31, 1923.  She was the eighth child of a family that would become eleven with two dying in infancy.
She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her pastor, family, and friends at 9:17 A.M. September 24, 2018. She loved the Lord and was at peace when she passed.
She worked at Lee Manufacturing before meeting the love of her life, James Wesley Friley, who preceded her in death on July 24, 1992.  They were married on September 4, 1959.  To this beautiful union there was born two little boys who were her pride and joy, John Stanley on May 19, 1960 and Randall Allan on November 7, 1961.
She loved to work in the yard and always had a huge garden. She loved to can anything out of her hard work and loved to share it with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, and four sisters.
She leaves behind her two sons, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and too many friends to count.  She will be dearly missed, but her legacy will live on for many years to come.
She was a faithful member of Evening Shade Mennonite Church for many years until her health prevented her from going.
Funeral Services for Margaret L. Friley were held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Evening Shade Mennonite Church near Warsaw with the final tribute of a long and happy life at the Cable Ridge Cemetery in Edwards, Missouri.  Visitation was held Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Reser Funeral Home in Warsaw, Missouri.
