Maudie “Cricket” Earlene Dunsmore

Maudie “Cricket” Earlene Dunsmore, age 71, of Warsaw, MO, passed away Friday, January 5, 2018, at the Bothwell Regional Care Center in Sedalia, MO, after a long and painful illness.  She was born on September 18, 1946, to Oren and Eunice (Barker) Williams.
On November 11, 1961, she was united in marriage to Calvin Dunsmore at Marshall,  MO.  They made their home near Marshall for a short time and then moved to the Kansas City area living in Oak Grove, MO the longest.  In 2000, they moved to their home in Warsaw.
“Cricket”, as she was known to her family and friends, loved quilting, craft work, and animals, especially wolves.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Curtis Williams and a half-sister, Clara Harroald.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Calvin, of the home, two daughters, Tansie K. See, and her husband, Thomas, of Warrensburg, MO and Barbara Crain, and her husband, Jack, of Knob Noster, MO, four grandchildren, Matt Livingston, Josh Livingston, Jessica See and Kimberly Reynolds, 6 great-grandchildren, a brother, George Williams, and wife, Sandy, of Marshall, MO, other relatives and friends.
Per her wishes, there will be no viewing, visitation or funeral services.  At this time she will be interred at Shawnee Cemetery and at a later date there will be a private graveside gathering.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in her name.
