Oliver (Junior) L. Seevers

Oliver (Junior) L. Seevers, Jr., 75, of Warsaw, Missouri passed away on October 20, 2019 peacefully at his residence. Oliver was born on October 6, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was married to Thelma Bruchel who preceded him in death. Junior was a 2-term Vietnam Veteran. Served our country greatly. Before retiring, Junior was employed by B&R Delivery for 13 years. He then graduated from State Fair Community College where he graduated as a CNA. He worked for 2 years at John Knox Village Nursing Home. He was a member of the VFW in Warsaw, Missouri and he served as the post commander. He was responsible for organizing and building the Post.
Many thanks go to Gregory Gulbinowicz, his caregiver and dear friend for dedicating 12 years of his life so that Junior could remain in the comfort of his own home. Junior was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver Sr. and Marie Seevers; his brother, Richard Seevers; two sisters, Dorothy and Viola and a niece, Angela Bonesteel.
Left to cherish his memories are his sister, Beverly Seevers; nieces, Vicky Garvin and Patricia Woychik; nephews, John Young and Dustin Seevers. He also leaves a host of great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Seevers was held Friday, October 25, 2019 with full Military Honors at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home. As well a Memorial Service was held at the River Church in Warsaw by Pastor Sam Hinkle.
