Robert
Fulmer
Robert Fulmer was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on September 2, 1944 and grew up in California.  He passed away August 29, 2020 with his family wishing him a sweet send off.  His final moments were short and peaceful after enduring several months of battling cancer.  Bob retired from the Air Force after serving twenty-two years and continued his career field in research and as an Animal Tech at KU Medical Center.  He later managed the Mid-Mo Humane Society Shelter in Sedalia for ten years.
When moving to the lake area in Warsaw, Missouri in 1998 he had the opportunity to enjoy his favorite past times of fishing, boating, poker and his usual beers.  He loved his family and his many pets and animals.
Bob is survived by his wife Sandy, a son David, two daughters; Debbie (John) and Sam (Chad), two granddaughters, Haley and Audrey and her husband Keith, whom Bob had the privilege of performing their wedding last year.  He also is survived by a grandson, Dustin, four great-grandchildren; Leon, Mila, Ryder and Fischer and two sisters Janet and Linda who reside in California.
Bob was a member of the Sedalia Coin Club, American Legion and the Benton County Elks.  He is a past member of the Air Force Sergeants Association.
Arrangements for his cremation are under the direction of the Reser Funeral Home.  A casual celebration of life will be held at a later date due to Covid 19.  He was greatly loved and will forever remain in our hearts.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Clinton Animal Shelter or the Benton County Hospice.
