Lincoln, Cole Camp Seniors Rake In Big Bucks With Scholarships

Thirty-one seniors received their high school diploma on Friday, May 13 on the Lincoln High School football field.  Friends and family gathered to watch as the seniors were honored with scholarships and awards.
Joseph Beaman received an A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000, a SFCC Performing Arts Scholarship worth $750 and a National Wildlife Turkey Federation Scholarship worth $500.
Jaiden Brown received the Kaysinger Bluff Pioneer Heritage Association Scholarship, $500.
Dameon Bohon plans on a career in the miliary.
Levi Schenewark received the Veterans Affairs DEA Scholarship worth up to $46,728, an MFA Scholarship, $2,000; the Eken Scholarship, $2,000.
Elkhannah Carson received A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000 and the Goppert Foundation Scholarship, $1,090.
Keagen Cooper received A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000.
Grace Eichler received A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000, 3M Scholarship worth $1,000 and Edward J. and Norene Sartin Kullman Memorial Scholarship worth $764.
Zoey Gates received A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000 and the George Washington Carver Recognition (top 10%).
Carly Haynes received A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000, the Warsaw Leathernecks Scholarship, $1,000, WARM House Scholarship, $1,000, Dual Credit Enrollment Scholarship, $640, PTO Scholarship, $500, Ladies Auxiliary, $500, Benton County Health Department Scholarship, $300, CTA Scholarship, $200.
Emily Johnson received the united Methodist Church Scholarship, $400.
John Faulconer, Jr. received A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000.
Matthew Kreisler received A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000, SFCC Music Scholarship, up to $2,000, Erin Helland Music Scholarship, $1,000, Main Street Mutual Insurance, $1,000, Central Missouri Electric Cooperative, $500, Chamber of Commerce, $500, Because Books are Expensive, $300, Dual Credit Scholarship, $300, National Honor Society, $300, George Washington Carver Recognition (top 10%).
Reece Phillips received A+ Scholarship, up to $17,000.
Cailey Ryun received A+ Scholarship, up to $17,000.
Caden Smallwood received A+ Scholarship, up to $17,000.
Cole Smith received A+ Scholarship, up to $17,00, Lincoln Hunting Club, $500 and National Youth Fishing Association, $400.
Jenna Vandaveer received the Robert Blazel Scholarship, worth up to $64,000, Main Street Mutual Insurance Scholarship, $1,500, Success by Design Scholarship, $1,500, Discover Scholarship, $500, CTA Scholarship, $200.
Riley Warren received the Hagan Scholarship worth up to $48,000, A+ Scholarship worth up to $17,000.

Cole Camp High School held graduation ceremonies for 37 seniors from the Class of ’22 on Friday, May 13 in the CCHS gym. 
Friends and family gathered to watch as members of the Class of ’22 were given special awards and scholarships.
Triston Arne received an A+ Scholarship.
Lacey Brandt received an A+ Scholarship.
Kinser Brockman, a Summa Cum Laude Graduate, received an A+ Scholarship, the Citizens Farmers Bank Scholarship, the Judy Harris Memorial Golf Scholarship, State Tech Foley Equipment Scholarship, Cole Camp R-1 Educational Foundation Scholarship, Cole Camp R-1 Alumni Scholarship and Josephine and Edgar Gerken Memorial Scholarship.

The A+ Program issued by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to student who have the following:  2.5 GPA or higher, overall attendance of 95%, 50 hours of unpaid tutoring, good citizenship and a qualifying math score for a state-paid financial incentive to attend any public two-year college or technical school in Missouri.
The Cole Camp R-1 Honors Diploma is issued by the Board of Education to those who have completed a college prep curriculum and a final GPA of 3.00 or higher.
George Washington Carver award is issued by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to the top 10% of the Class.
