Pride Of Warsaw Hosts Gala Event, Filled With Performances And Dance

The Pride of Warsaw Band  and it's boosters hosted a magical evening on Saturday, November 19 when they hosted their First Annual Band Gala in the gymnasium at Warsaw High School.  The evening was also under the coordination of WHS Director of Bands, Curt Thomas.
The jam packed evening was put on to celebrate band members and their accomplishments, as well as show appreciation to the business community for their sponsorship and support throughout the school year.
The night began with a catered dinner provided by Ashley Haidusek.  Following the delicious meal, the Pride of Warsaw performed their 2022 production entitled Twisted.
The WHS Concert Band then performed "A Message on the Rock," giving thanks to all Veterans in attendance.  Soon after, the WHS Jazz Band played eight tunes, much to the crowd's enjoyment.  At the end of the band's performances, guests were invited to dance the night away.
"The Gala was a huge success," said Thomas.  "Students, parents, and the Warsaw business community were in attendance.  It was a great way to cap off our marching season."
"The whole idea came about as a way to thank our sponsors for helping raise the funds needed to purchase a trailer so that we can take all of our equipment in one vehicle.  We are blessed with such an outstanding philanthropic business community.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!"
The Pride of Warsaw will wrap up 2022 by traveling to Memphis and participating in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl and the events that lead up to that college football bowl game.
