Accident Report

A 16-year-old Clinton female was injured in an accident on Highway 7 on the mile long bridge in Benton County on August 11 at 10:51 PM.
The accident occurred when a 2016 Nissan Rogue was broken down in the roadway and a 2007 Jeep Cherokee driven by a 16-year-old female from Clinton struck the rear of the Nissan Rogue. The Jeep then overturned.
A 16-year- old female passenger in the Jeep was taken to Golden Valley Hospital by the Lincoln/Warsaw EMS with minor injuries. The driver of the Jeep refused treatment of her minor injuries.
Eric Schradeder, 39, of Sedalia, an occupant of the Nissan Rogue, refused treatment at the scene as did Anthony Eades, 43, of Warsaw, a pedestrian at the scene of the accident.
Trp. D. A. Paulsen of the Missouri Highway Patrol investigated the accident. He was assisted by Cpl. R. J. Chapman and Benton County deputies.

An Edwards woman was injured in an accident on U.S. 65 Highway south of Missouri 83 on August 7 at 8:55 PM.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Jill R. Pfeiffer, 49, of Edwards was driving a 2018 Nissan Murano on U.S. 65 Highway when she struck a deer.
Pfeiffer was transported to Bothwell Medical Center in Sedalia by the Warsaw/Lincoln EMS with minor injuries.
Tpr. B. G. Katzing of the Missouri Highway Patrol investigated the accident.

A Harrisonville woman was injured in an accident on route C at Route T in Benton County on August 1 at 1:30 PM.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, the accident occurred as a 1998 Ford F150 driven by Kenneth Chase, 70, of Windsor failed to yield and pulled into the path of a 2019 Hyundai Tucson driven by Thomas J. White, 66 of Harrisonville. The White vehicle struck the Chase vehicle.
Pamela A. White, 71, of Harrisonville was taken to Golden Valley Medical Center in Clinton with minor injuries.
Cpl. R. J. Chapman of the Missouri Highway Patrol investigated the accident.
