The 6th Annual Benton County Cancer Fund (BCCF) Quilt Retreat was a great success! Over $4,000 was raised, the proceeds of which were presented to BCCF Vice President Betty Patterson. The event was held on April 25 at the Warsaw Shrine Club from 9:00 AM-9:00 PM. Forty-three (43) ladies from within an 80-mile radius came to sew and share ideas. Three meals, including wonderful salads and cookies prepared by members of the BCCF, were served. A special thank you goes to Reser Funeral Home for providing the sandwiches. Raffle item numbers were drawn at 2:00 PM. Special thanks go to the ladies and businesses who donated raffle baskets and items, and to the Warsaw Shrine Club for allowing us to use their facility.
