Harvester's Food Distribution Held In Windsor

Marti Carter, local Harvester’s coordinator, reported that 97 families (168 adults, 69 seniors, and 117 children) participated in the August 3, 2024 Harvester’s Mobile Food Distribution at the Windsor United Methodist Church.
Volunteers from the Windsor Ministerial Alliance distributed 4,632 pounds of food consisting of bananas, hot dog buns, English muffins, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, grocery frozen products, and sun block lotion.
The line up for the next distribution on September 7 begins on Tebo St. at Colt St., turns (north) onto Jackson St. then turns (west) on Commercial St. Please do not block driveways or sidewalks. Distribution is limited to two families per car.
The scheduled time for the Harvesters distribution in Windsor is the first Saturday of the month, 10:30 a.m. Check www.harvesters.com for other area distribution locations and times.
