Well, President Biden is throwing open the doors to the border and letting illegal immigrants skip ICE check-ins to thwart The Donald’s planned crackdown. Meanwhile, Denver’s mayor is threatening to deploy police and 50,000 residents in a “Tiananmen Square Moment” to stop mass deportations. UNBELEIVABLE! Either we have laws to have a border and enforce them or we don’t. This is not a state responsibility, but a Federal one. When the rebuilding of the wall continues, re-route it up and around New Mexico and Colorado. Use withheld Federal funding to finance it. Maybe this will maintain Mayor Johnston and Governor Grisham's values. And let’s see if immigration laws get enforced with a Republican controlled House and Senate. I doubt it. Congress has figured out they get re-elected by pretending to be outraged and doing nothing. That goes for both parties.

INTERNATIONAL NEWS! A 5th century amulet depicting demon fighting King Solomon has been found by archeologists in Turkey. It was discovered in the ruins of an ancient military structure and references a book banned from the Bible for including themes of dark magic. Fascinating find! The amulet depicts the King on a horse, holding a spear, defeating the devil. No Star Wars, Harry Potter or video games back then. Imagine sitting around the fire hearing of a great king commanding demons to do his bidding. King Solomon was and is a hero. This old world has been fighting against demons, human and otherwise for a very long time.

Many of us have Druid ancestors back in Scotland, Ireland, Wales, The Isle of Man and other places too. I have some great-great-great grandparents who were Manxmen. The Isle is part of the British Empire now, but goes back a long way. People were farming there as early as 400 B.C. The Romans crashed and slashed in, then the Vikings. It probably wasn’t very pleasant. The Manxmen were Druids at one time. Maybe some still are. How did I get on this subject? Old King Solomon’s amulet jarred this loose.
