Judy Forth, age 78, passed away May 28, 2025 at Research Hospital after a battle with cancer.
Judy grew up in Fairfield Missouri until moving to Warsaw in 1965. She had a son Robert E. Jackson. Judy met Oliver Forth and married in 1968. They were together for 35 years before Oliver passed away in 2002.
Judy worked for Unitog and for CMH as an in Home-Aid for many years before retiring.
Judy was a member of Grace Baptist Church for at least 40 years. Her faith in the Lord was her passion. She never missed church unless she was sick. She was a cat lover and had a couple “kitty cats” of her own.
Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Forth; son, Eddie Jackson; mother, Grace Turpen; father, Gene Turpen; brothers, Merle, Jim and John Turpen; and one sister, Verna Burns.
Judy is survived by two sisters, Mary Ellen Rhodes of Green Ridge and Mona Roberts of Warsaw; nephews, Phillip, Jeff and Danny; nieces, Deana, Darla, Cheryl, Vickie, Jennifer, Stephanie, Nicci and many great nieces and nephews. Judy loved several great nieces and nephews as if they were her own grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at Cable Ridge Cemetery on June 7 at 3:30 PM. Any contributions or donations can be made out to Fox Funeral Home in Cole Camp MO.
