Justin Luke "Scat" Ward, 28, of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away on February 20, 2026, in Warsaw, Missouri
Justin was born on February 20, 1998, in Omaha, Nebraska, Justin brought light and love to those around him throughout his life.
Justin is survived by his fiancée, Linsey Twedell, with whom he shared a home in Warsaw and the joy of raising their two sons. He was a devoted father to his children: Journiee Ann Marie, Noland Webb, and Ezra Dawn. He is also survived by his mother, Michelle Porter, and multiple siblings who will cherish his memory.
He was predeceased by his mother Sally; grandparents Jerry and Sharon Noland; second cousin Kevin Noland; and best friend Joe Kaplan. Their memories were deeply woven into Justin's life and heart.
Known for his vibrant personality and kind spirit, Justin had an uncanny ability to bring smiles to those around him. He was always willing to lend a hand or offer a comforting hug when needed. His love for life extended to the outdoors, where he enjoyed fishing and spending time with loved ones. Justin also had a passion for collecting Hot Wheels cars and cannabis-interests that reflected his unique character.
A hardworking individual with a strong sense of community, Justin contributed to building "Big J's Bar & Grill' in Warsaw. His efforts left a lasting mark on the establishment and the people who frequented it. Above all else, Justin was known as a loving father to his children and as someone who gave immense love to Linsey.
May Justin’s memory bring comfort to all who knew him and carry forward the warmth and kindness he shared during his time with us.
A celebration of Justin’s life will be held at a later date.
