State Recognition Days for MO. and OK. TOPS chapters was held April 26th & 27th in Springfield MO. The theme was At the Hop with TOPS.
Clinton morning chapter 0911 had four members attend. Carolyn Hoagland was recognized for maintaining her KOPS (keep off pounds sensibly) for 44 years.
MO 0911 chapter was started in 1985 and has 12 active members. Three of these members have met their goal and are now KOPS.
This chapter meets Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. at 808 Augusta. Weigh-in starts at 9 a.m.
Clinton evening chapter MO 1347 had 3 members attending SRD. Member Mark Radtke was the State King Runner-up. Mark has lost 20 pounds to meet his goal and has graduated to a KOPS member.
MO 1347 chapter was started in May 2023. The chapter has 6 active members. The chapter meets Thursdays at 6:00 pm at Golden Valley Christian Church, 611 S 3rd.
The two chapters are having an area walk June 1 2024. We will be walking around the square. Registration will take place in front of the Ben Franklin Bistro. The walk will start at 9 a.m.
