Michael A. Simpson, age 45, of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026, at his home.
He was born on November 25, 1980, in Sedalia, Missouri, the son of Kathryne (Kim) Simpson and Murray Simpson.
Mike proudly served his country in the United States Army for eight years. Following his honorable discharge, he attended college and worked as a taxi driver. He was also employed at Main Street Spirits in Warsaw. Mike was a very funny and likable person who will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Mike is survived by his mother, Kathryne Simpson, of Cole Camp, Missouri; his father, Murray Simpson, of Twentynine Palms, California; a sister, Crystal Simpson, of Virginia; two nieces, Savanah and Nohelani Downs; his aunt, Vicki Gracia and her husband, Oni, of Warsaw; and a cousin, Mike Brown, along with numerous other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at a later date. Arrangements for his cremation are under the direction of the Davis-Miller Funeral Home, 119 W. Main Street, Lincoln, Missouri.
