Michael L. Zellers, age 77, of O’Fallon, Missouri passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mike was born on August 21, 1946, in Clinton, Missouri to Arthur and Ruby Zellers. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard from 1966-1972.
He dedicated 50 plus years in industrial sales. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, boating, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with family and friends. He was a food and drink connoisseur who knew all the best places to go for his favorites, story-teller and comedian, gregarious individual who could make friends with anyone.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Arthur and Ruby (Grasher) Zellers.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years Gloria Zellers (Peterson) of O’Fallon, Missouri, his son, Darren Zellers and spouse, Jackie Zellers of O’Fallon, Missouri, his daughter, Robin Phillips of St. Charles, and fiancé, Rod Krieg, his grandchildren; Oliva Zellers (Kraft) and husband Jack Kraft, Nicholas Lamberth and fiancé Taya Doten of O’fallon, Missouri and Grant Zellers Dallas, Texas, 2 great-grandchildren; Maeve and Wren Kraft, and his brother Darrell and Susan Zellers and family of Lake Saint Louis , Missouri.
Graveside services were held August 8. 2024 in Norris Cemetery, Urich, MO with Rev. David Mills officiating.
Services were under the direction of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, MO.
