Paul Robert Estes age 91 of Warsaw Missouri passed to his eternal home on February 18, 2025 surrounded by his family. Paul was born on March 14, 1933 the son of Elmer and Eula (Hensley) Estes. Paul was born on the family farm in Warsaw Missouri, where he remained until his death. He was a Warsaw High School graduate of the class of 1951. Paul loved the outdoors where he worked on the family farm until he was drafted into the United States Army in 1953. Paul spent three years in Korea and found a brotherhood that stands until this day.

After returning from his tour in Korea, he went back to the family farm, was united in Marriage to Janie Higgins of Warsaw where two children were born Sheri Paulanne and Robert Ray. Upon Janie's passing, Paul later married Jo Dee Walthall of Warsaw, MO on February 7, 1964 where he gained a daughter Greeta Faye and later the birth of Kelli June.

Paul spent many years working amongst the community. He worked for Skelly Oil Company, Skelgas, construction- building homes in the Warsaw and Edwards area, served fourteen years as the South District Commissioner of Benton County, and shared a family farm and fertilizer business with his dear brother Junior.

Paul and JoDee also spent several years in the food industry owning the Dari-Kup, Wildcat Drive In, Dairy King and JoDee's Café. Later Paul took to the General Store Business with PJ's. All the while, he continued raising Charolais and Charolais Cross cattle which was his true passion. Paul also had an enthusiasm for Classic cars. Showing and rebuilding Ford Mustangs.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife JoDee, his daughter Sheri Paulanne Chance and son Robert Ray Estes, Brothers Gene Estes, Junior Estes and sister Christine Ward and Sister in Law June Walthall.

Paul leaves behind him a legacy in many ways, especially his most fulfilling accomplishment -his family.

Survivors include his daughter Greeta Estes of Highland Illinois, daughter Kelli (Steve) Daleske of Warsaw Missouri, Grandchildren Jeremie (Shannon) Gregory of Topeka Kansas, Sheri (Chad) Starwalt of Highland Illinois, Jacob Porter of Los Angeles California, Kayla Redwing (John Steenburgen) of Warsaw, Missouri and Kody (Rebekah) Redwing of Springfield Missouri. Great Grandchildren, London Gregory, Brinley Gregory, Bo Starwalt, Avery Starwalt, Bentley Steenburgen, Bailey Steenburgen, Owen Redwing and Jackson Redwing and Brother in Law Larry Walthall of Lincoln Community Nursing Home.

Funeral Services & Military services for Paul R. Estes will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the Reser Funeral Home in Warsaw. Visitation will be one hour prior to service from 10:00 until 11:00 AM.
