Greetings. Below are the cases that were resolved/indicted in the Associate and Circuit Courts of Benton County from July 1st – 31st, 2024.
Dispositions:
Dustin E. Bailey: male, age 37, Green Ridge, Missouri, was found guilty of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree and sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Ian T. Hyde: male, age 34, Camdenton, Missouri, was found guilty of Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceed By 26 MPH or More) and sentenced to 1 day in the Benton County Jail.
Trevor D. Payne: male, age 29, Warsaw, Missouri, was found guilty of Trespass in the 1st Degree and sentenced to 2 days in the Benton County Jail.
Dillon J. Palmer: male, age 30, Knob Noster, Missouri, was found guilty of two counts of Stealing – Motor Vehicle/Watercraft/Aircraft, two counts of Property Damage in the 1st Degree – Damage to Motor Vehicle With Intent to Steal, and Stealing -- $750 or More, and was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on each charge.
James E. Shaw III: male, age 46, Edwards, Missouri, was found guilty of Burglary in the 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, with sentencing to come at a later date.
Brandon Hardesty: male, age 25, Lincoln, Missouri, was found guilty of Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Unlawful Use of Weapon – Subsection 5 – While Intoxicated – Loaded Weapon sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on each charge.

Rudolph T. Rubalcaba III: male, age 54, Lincoln, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charges of Assault in the 1st Degree or Attempt – Serious Physical Injury or Special Victim and Property Damage in the 1st Degree.
Victor Baldwin: male, age 67, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
Kimberly S.R. Flippin: female, age 23, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Darin M. Barker: male, age 57, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree.
David C. Meddings: male, age 58, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charges of Domestic Assault in the 1st Degree – Serious Physical Injury and Armed Criminal Action.
Donald W. Batman: male, age 41, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Assault in the 3rd Degree.
Larry D. Faucher: male, age 56, Fordland, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Passing a Bad Check.
Roger L. Henson: male, age 62, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of DWI – Aggravated.
Scott Meadows: male, age 42, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Property Damage in the 1st Degree.
Aubree O. Hutchison: female, age 20, Lincoln, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Property Damage in the 1st Degree.
Travis L. Williams: male, age 48, Lincoln, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Receiving Stolen Property.
Linda S. Johnson: female, age 58, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Possession of Controlled Substance.
Christina J. Coffman: female, age 50, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Possession of Controlled Substance.
John P. Leach Jr.: male, age 42, Cole Camp, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charges of Domestic Assault in the 2nd Degree and Tampering With a Witness in a Felony Prosecution.
Michael S. Nichols: male, age 45, Climax Springs, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Assault in the 1st Degree or Attempt – Serious Physical Injury or Special Victim.
Nolan R. Smith: male, age 44, Sedalia, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Driving While Revoked/Suspended.
Larry W. Young Jr.: male, age 35, Warsaw, Missouri, was indicted on the felony charge of Domestic Assault in the 3rd Degree.
