Robert (Bob) D. Worley passed away January 6, 2026 at Aspire Nursing Home. He was born November 22, 1945 in Thayer, MO. He made Kansas City his home and in January 1965 he married Joyce F. McBrayer. From this union three children were born.
Robert spent most of his working years as an over the road truck driver and spent weekends laying carpet. When his health began to fail, he moved to Warsaw, MO in 1991. He thoroughly enjoyed the quiet country life. He was a simple man who enjoyed simple pleasures like watching his dogs in the yard and hunting for deer and turkey.
Last year, his health deteriorated to the point of needing 24 hour care. He entered the Aspire Health Care Facility until his passing.
Robert was preceded in death by both parents, a brother Bill Ryan and two sisters Judy Mitchell and Jeannie Weant.
He is survived by his three children Robert Worley of Warsaw, MO, James (Marilyn) Worley of Florida and Kathleen (Bob) Williams of Warsaw, MO. Five grandchildren, Timothy, James, Alex, Abby and Matthew and seven great grandchildren, his brother David Ryan and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Reser Funeral Home 101 W. Main Street, Warsaw. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
