Ronald Anthony "Tony" Zaharsky, age 57, of Warsaw, Missouri passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born October 5, 1968, the son of Ronald F. Zaharsky and Joyce (Murry) Zaharsky. Tony was born in Lexington Missouri, and grew up in Odessa, Missouri and in 1980 moved to Harrisonville, Missouri, where he graduated from a Christian school in Garden City, Missouri known as The Training Center.
Tony was united in marriage to Tammy Thebus on February 21, 2015, and together they made their home in Warsaw, Missouri. Throughout his life he enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and tournament fishing, which was among his favorite pastimes.
Tony worked for many years with DJ Roofing and Richards Building Supply in Warsaw, Missouri, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication.
He is survived by his wife Tammy Zaharsky of the home; his children, Anthony "Keeton" Zaharsky, Brianna Zaharsky, and stepson Nicholas Montavy; two grandchildren; his father Ronald F. Zaharsky; a sister, Terina Corder Zaharsky and a brother Trevor Zaharsky.
Tony is preceded in death by his mother; Joyce (Murry) Zaharsky.
He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
Arrangements for his cremation are under the direction of the Reser Funeral Home, 101 W. Main Street, Warsaw.
