Both teams were tough in the circle last Tuesday, but the battle-tested Ladycats hung tight to defeat OHC foe Eldorado Springs at home, 1-0.
A solo home run over the centerfield fence by Haylee Cobb put Warsaw on the board in the bottom of the fourth and Brylee Brewster took things from there.
Brewster struck out 11 batters on the day. She also gave up 3 hits and 0 runs over 7 innings and walked none.
Lacyn Perrodin started in the circle for Eldorado Springs. She gave up 4 hits and 1 run over 6.0 innings, struck out 4 and walking 1.
Adison Sherrill, Emmersyn Miskell, Brewster and Cobb each collected 1 hit for Warsaw.
Brylee Brewster collected 3 hits in 3 at-bats, including her first career homerun for the Ladycats, as Warsaw defeated fellow #1 Skyline, 4-0 on Wednesday.
Brylee Brewster hit a no-doubter to right field in the fifth inning, doubled in the third and singled back in the first inning.
In the circle, Brewster also struck out 14 batters. She surrendered 0 hits and 0 runs over 7.0 innings and walked 0 while she notched her fifth no-hitter of the 2025 season.
A triple by Madyson Reimund put Warsaw on the board in the bottom of the second.
The #1 (tied) Ladycats added to their early lead with runs in the bottom of the third after Brewster doubled down the left field line and Emmersyn Miskell singled to center field.
Warsaw scored their final run in the bottom of the fifth on Brewster's homer.
Makenna Shockley took the loss for Skyline.
Reimund collected two hits for Warsaw.
Haylee Cobb drove in four runs on three hits to lead Warsaw past Adrian, 18-0 on Monday. Cobb doubled in the third and singled twice in the first inning.
Warsaw posted 14 runs in the first inning with hits coming off of every bat in the lineup.
Brylee Brewster earned the win for Warsaw. The hurler allowed 1 hit and 0 runs over 3.0 innings. Lizzie Clifton took the loss for Adrian.
Warsaw, now 15-1, was scheduled to host Buffalo in another conference contest on Tuesday.
