ON THE HEELS of some very impressive numbers from a season a year ago, the Warsaw offense was once again executed very effectively by quarterback Garrett Ferguson on Friday night when the Wildcats hosted Skyline, Eldon and Buffalo at their Jamboree. Josh Harvath, Jayce Depriest and Ferguson each amassed over 900 yards on the ground in 2023 and they all return to the backfield for Warsaw. It was, however, the Wildcats defense that may have impressed fans of the green and black even more. In 3 matchups with the Tigers, Mustangs and Bison, Warsaw surrendered 0 touchdowns and even very few first downs. The Wildcats will travel to Lawson for their week 1 contest this Friday night.
