William A. (Bill) Siebert, 87, passed away on October 15, 2024 in Wichita, KS. He was predeceased by his parents, William A. and Jean Siebert, his sister, Joan Faulkner, and two wives: Susan Shuman and Marilyn (Robb) Siebert.

Bill was born in Oakland, California and lived in the bay area until coming to Kansas to attend Kansas State University. He graduated in 1961.

Bill had been in the feed sales business, then insurance and eventually became a financial and estate planner. Later in life he was called into ministry and served as a pastor in Missouri and Kansas until 2019.

He had lived in Salina, Wichita, Topeka and Missouri. He retired to Wichita to be closer to family.

Bill was always very active in the communities where he lived. He was a member and officer of American Business Clubs (a civic organization), Lions Clubs International, Salina Life Underwriters Association; Chartered Financial Consultants of Salina. He was on the board of the Kansas Life Underwriters Association, the Benton County Community Foundation, and the Salina Chamber of Commerce. In his early years while living in Salina, he was Administrative Director of the Salina Silver Sabres Drum and Bugle Corps.

Bill had a servant heart and volunteered for many organizations until his passing.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Cindy Goldsmith (Tom); son, Scott Siebert; granddaughter, Claire Moore (Spenc); grandsons, Graham Krizek (Grace) and Cole Krizek (Colleen); stepson, Charles Robb; stepdaughter, Angie Potter (Mike); and 5 great grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service at Cozine Life Events Center, 11500 E. 21 st St, Wichita Kansas on Saturday, November 23 at 10:30 am.
