On Saturday, the Cardinals competed at the Class 3 District 7 track meet held in Holden. Another amazing day greeted the Clinton squad they made it even better with their success.
The top 4 in each event move on to the Class 3 Sectional 4 meet next Saturday, again in Holden. The top 4 next weekend in each event will move on to a the Class 3 State Championships in Jefferson City on May 17 and 18.
The Boys team placed 1st overall and are the Class 3 District 7 Champions.
The Girls team placed 4th overall.
