Daniel Lee Eugene Seeley, age 65, of Warsaw, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at his home. He was born on August 27, 1959 in Jackson County, Missouri the son of William Edward Seeley and Naomi Carol Sweeney. He grew up in Kansas City, moving to Warsaw in 1970. Throughout his life, Danny worked with his hands and took pride in hard work. He was employed at Bishop’s Gunstocks in Warsaw and later worked at Jerry Kreisler’s Auto in Lincoln. A true mechanic and craftsman at heart, Danny loved working on old pickup trucks, hauling wood, and collecting scrap metal. He found joy in the simple things and was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Danny is survived by his three children: Daniel Ray Seeley and William Eugene Seeley, both of Warsaw, and Heather Marie Perry (David) of Hermitage, Missouri; and four beloved grandchildren: Riellyann Danielle Seeley, Earnest Ray Lee Seeley, Zoey Seeley and Clark Radford He also leaves behind two sisters, Donetta (Donita) Carol Schuler of Pleasant Valley, Missouri, and Shelia Jane Palmer of Kansas City, Kansas; one brother, Glendale Amos Tippin of Kansas City, Kansas; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.
Danny’s family and friends knew him for his unique way of saying farewell- it was never goodbye- but always “See you later.” He insisted on it.
