River J. Dysart

River J. Dysart, age 19, passed away Friday, April 3, 2026, at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born on January 11, 2007, the son of Michelle Komm and Lewis Dysart.

River grew up in Benton County and graduated from Lincoln High School in 2025. He enjoyed singing along to music and had a special appreciation for life, laughter, and the company of friends (especially girls).

He is survived by his Nana and Papa, Joe and Connie Fitzpatrick of Warsaw, who raised him; his parents, three uncles, Kelly Komm and his wife Kami of Warsaw, Billy Komm and his wife Shelia of Warsaw, and Travis Fitzpatrick and his wife April of San Diego, California; his cousins, Dallas, Ryan, Issac, Noah, and Eli; as well as numerous other relatives and many friends.

Family and friends will gather at the Davis-Miller Funeral Home 119 W. Main Street in Lincoln for visitation at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Graveside services will follow the visitation at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
