CMS Team Takes 2nd At Robotics Competition

Parker Slater, an 8th grader at Clinton Middle School (CMS), recently showcased his talents at the Missouri University of Science & Technology robotics camp. Competing alongside 55 students in 18 teams, Parker’s team, comprised of three students, achieved an impressive second place in the robotics competition held on June 6.
The camp provided an opportunity for young minds to delve into the exciting world of robotics, learning about engineering, programming, and teamwork. Parker and his teammates demonstrated exceptional skill and collaboration, setting a high standard for their peers.
CMS is proud of Parker’s achievement and looks forward to seeing more from this promising young engineer.
